Tőkés Miklós earned his agricultural engineering degree at the University of Debrecen, then qualified as a soil fertility management specialist at the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences. He has worked in agriculture for more than 11 years, where he experienced first-hand how yields and farm performance are increasingly limited by soil structure degradation, water shortage and compaction.
In his work he saw that successful crop production is not based only on fertilization or plant protection, but on healthy, well-functioning soil. This led him toward innovative solutions focused on improving soil condition.
